Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via India Speed Post Mail service, between 2-3 working days from the date when the order was placed.
India Post provides the below shipping time estimates:
Speed Post (with tracking) = 2-6 business days
Enamel pins will come mounted on an illustrated cardstock backer packed with and shipped in a small bubble wrap mailer to ensure the maximum safety to protect the product while in transit.
Whenever my products leave my home, they are in flawless pristine condition. Unfortunately I can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
PEPZART is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ensure that your orders are handed to the courier safely and in good condition, but once it is with the courier, whatever happens to the package is out of our hands.

All items must be paid in full before I ship them out. I do not offer refunds or cancellation. Please check your cart carefully prior to placing an order. I process and ship orders very quickly, sometimes the same day or the next day after an order is placed.
